 PEPPERCORN PICKLE




Here is our Peppercorn Pickle which is easy to make and can be stored for a fortnight if preserved well. Now lets see how to prepare.

INGREDIENTS

Peppercorn - 150 gms

Ginger - 50 gms

Salt - 2 Tablespoon

Green Chilies - 4 Nos.

Lemon - 2 Nos

HOW TO PREPARE

1.Wash the Peppercorn well and dry it with a cloth or drain the water completely

2.Add the peppercorn to a bowl and add the Sliced Ginger, Salt, Sliced Green chilies, Lemon juice and Mix it well .

3.Preserve the pickle in the bowl itself with a lid or move it to a glass jar and close it tight.

Here you go the Pickle is ready !
