Paneer Tawa Fry is a great starter and a very yummy dish with a lot of Flavor's. People who love Paneer can definitely try this dish .Lets see how to Prepare.

INGREDIENTS

1 Cup Paneer

Salt 1 Tbsp

Red Dried Chilli 10-12 

Red chilli powder 1 Tbsp

Water 1/2 Cup

Oil 2 Tbsp

Coriander leaves 

Turmeric powder 1/2 Tbsp

Corn flour 4 Tbsp

Curd 1/4 Cup

Besan flour 4 Tbsp

Ginger Garlic paste 1 Tbsp


HOW TO PREPARE

1.Add water to a bowl and soak 10-12 Red chilies for 15 minutes .

2.After 15 minutes remove the red chilies from water and grind it into a thick paste and keep it aside.

3.Take a Bowl and add 1 cup of curd, turmeric powder, corn flour, besan, ginger garlic paste red chilli powder, salt, red chili paste ,water and coriander leaves.

4.Whisk the mixture well and make it into a thick batter 

5.Dip the paneer to the batter and let it marinate for 15 minutes.

6.Now add 2 Tbsp oil to a pan and fry the paneer in medium heat. Make sure that you slowly cook all the sides of the paneer .

Enjoy the Paneer Fry with some Curd, Sliced Onion and Green Chillies !
